1. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account at shwe8, the following requirements must be met—

• The player must be aged 21 or above.

• Each individual may open one account only. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.
• If false or fake information is provided during account creation, the account will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2. Account Security Responsibility

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Payment services, minimum amounts, and processing time limits—

• Accepted payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, Bank Transfer.
• Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks.
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time — usually completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held to verify the accuracy of the amount.
• The payment account holder must be the same person as the shwe8 account holder. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Domestic bank transfer — available to KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, and CB Bank.

4. Bonus & Promotion Agreement

Accepting shwe8 promotions must be read together with the terms set out in this section—

• Welcome Bonus — 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.
• Wagering Requirement — You must wager 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example Calculation (1) — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks.
• Example Calculation (2) — Deposit 520,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 820,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person. Claiming it again through duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• shwe8 may check each player's bonus compliance at any time and may block the bonus if suspicious activity is found.

5. VIP Levels and Cashback Rules

The shwe8 VIP program has 4 tiers and may change based on player activity—

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Moving up a VIP tier depends on consistent active play and continued use of the platform. shwe8 reserves the right to change VIP benefits without prior notice.

6. Gaming-Related Prohibitions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the shwe8 platform—

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Using bots or automated playing methods.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or colluding with other players to exploit the server.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Refusing identity verification checks or submitting false documents.

If any of these violations are found, shwe8 has the right to close the account, freeze the balance, and take legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Issues caused by third-party software faults.
• Service interruptions caused by external factors beyond shwe8's control (epidemics, natural disasters, software provider issues).

9. Responsible Gaming Commitment

10. Account Suspension and Closure
